Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking requests
Online bookings are requests until confirmed by HairGenix. You will be told clearly whether your appointment is pending or confirmed.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client.
Cancellations
Please notify us in advance if you cannot attend. Specific notice periods and any applicable fees will be confirmed by HairGenix before launch.
Missed appointments
Appointments missed without notice may be recorded as a no-show.
